About

Hstory of Lemon Balm

                                                           The Story so Far…

I have had this sense of urgency for some time now that I really need to find out all I can about Vibrational and Herbal Medicine. The inner promptings from the mind and from my dreams have lead me to study hard and to find as much information as I can.

  • I have diplomas in Vibrational Medicine, Clinical Herbalism, Herbal Medicine, Chinese Medicine & Health Care, Aromatherapy, Biochemical Tissue Salts, Colour Therapy, Crystal Healing, Flower Essences, Diet & Nutrition and Vitamins and Minerals.
  • A Master of Natural Therapies Advanced Diploma.
  • My previous qualifications, Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Community Welfare & Residential Care) and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) have equipped me  for the writing and research skills needed  to publish my first handbook on herbs; Lemon Balm: The Neglected Herb’, in October 2010, the first in the series to be published.

The information from my studies and from the handbooks I am publishing helps me and others to discover healthy possibilities for living life to the fullest.

 Lavender Essential Oil Tips

Essential Oil Tips

Lavender

Buy or make your own small draw string bags filled with a potpouri mix and add 2 -3 drops of Lavender 100% Essential and hang them on the door knobs in the bathroom, toilet, bedrooms and in the car for a lovely fresh fragrance.

Melissa officinalis

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)

Buy 100% essential oil when using for therapeutic effects. Fragrant oils do not have the same therapeutic benefits. Use 2-3 drops of oil in a vaporiser for a calming effect at the end of a stressful day.

Don’t Waste your Oils

When the use by date has come and gone and your oils can’t be used for therapeutic purposes they can still be used around the home.  A couple of drops on your dishcloth or in a bottle with water  to wipe over benches, clean up messy spills, in the garbage bin and any other areas, apart from timber or metal surfaces, will still leave a nice fragrance in the home.
